PC will not shutdown completely instead it restarts..

Hello. One of my clients is having problen shutting down his laptop. When he
shutdown his laptop, it won't shutdown completely, instead it restarts
eventhough he selected the "Shutdown" from the dropdown window. He's running
Windows XP. Any help is very much appreciated.

You need to find a newsgroup with "windows" in its name.

This is a newsgroup for DotNet developers/programmers of the DotNet
Framework.

Thanks for the response. I tried that but it didn't work.
Anyways, it seems that I keep hitting the wrong newsgroup. I selected
English | Windows | General Discussion to post my question but I guess it's
not going there. Would you care to help so I will land in the right place?
