PC starts bu itslef !!

I have WINXP-PRO-SP1. 90-100 minutes after I turn it off,
the machine boots on its own ! No virus present. Checked
all routine settings in XP. ALL fine .. but .. automatic
booting still ON. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Check your network card driver's settings from device manager. Check that
you dont have enabled "allow this device to bring computer out of stand by".
If it's checked and someone tries to access your computer from network
(internet), your computer will power on.

If that doesn't help, chek other devices for same setting. You can also
check your bios settings. Some bioses have related settings on power
management settings.
