PC see's others on network, but won't go online

I have a W2K pc on network with 3 others which all work OK. On this one, it is running extremely slow, and won't get out to the internet. I can ping other pc on the network, but can't ping yahoo.com . I've ran anti-virus and spy removal programs, however the spy programs can't update because they can't get online... Any ideas would be much appreciated.

How are your machines connected to the Internet? Cable Modem? DSL?
T-1? Dialup? Through a router? ISA box? Other?
Do you have your DNS configured correctly on that machine? Are all of
your machines Win2K or just that one? Do the others go online o.k.?
