PC/SC smart card via .NET/C#? (Does a wrapper exist?)

Hi,

I have a PC/SC compliant smart card reader/writer
development kit.

The PC/SC interfaces are built-in to Windows and
available through the Platform SDK / Win32 API.

Before I embark on writing a wrapper to P/Invoke the
scbase.dll, etc., myself, I was wondering if there is
already a .NET wrapper for this API that exists, maybe
even with some extra goodies :-)?
