PC Restarting!

My computer keeps restarting giving this error:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini072204-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\paulm\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERB.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

It leaves a folder in C:/windows as well called Minidump,
anybody have any idea what is causing this??
Cheers

A mini-dump is a system status log (Registers, etc) that is written
when the system experiences a System Fault. This file can be used
by developers to diagnose the system conditions when the event
happened. To 99% of XP users this information isn't useful.

To stop the reboot cycle, you'll have to do a Safe Mode boot.
Once XP is running, Right Click My Computer, Properties,
Advanced (Tab), look in the lower quadrant for "Startup & Recovery",
click Settings. Untic "Automatically Restart". While there you
can toggle Write Debugging Information to None - which will
stop the system from writing System Dump logs.
