PC keeps shutting down

For some unknown reason every time I'm on the internet for
about ten minutes everything freezes and the computer
shuts down. When windows starts up again I get this
message.

Sounds like you MAY have the blaster virus.

1. Run an antivirus software on your system
2. Apply Miscrosoft's update KB823980 to make sure you
are protected.
3. RUN A FIREWALL

And try to do this without going on the internet (which
means get someone to make a disk for you.)
