PC freeze help.

I have this issue with my system and I can not figure out what is causing my
system to freeze up occasionally.

I have a copy of the DR Watson log file, maybe somebody knows what to look
for I don't.

E-mail me for a copy so you can have a look at this file for me.

What changed in the system, New 802.11g USB 2.0 wireless LAN adapter
installed, Avast virus scan 4.6 installed, MS Office 2000 installed.

Video card ATI Radeon 9600, CPU AMD 64 bit processor 3200+, amount of RAM
1024.
