pc doesn't start through safe mode.

I'm running Xp Home Edition and my pc doesn't start
through using safe mode just keeps on rebooting. How do i
access the pc without deleting any data, or installing a
fresh copy of XP???!

Hi

If you can't start your PC in either 'normal' or Safe Mode, try a 'Repair'

Hi,
I followed this procedure but the installation copied the
files then prompted me that the computer will restart and
continue with the setup, but the computer doesn't enter
setup or windows it just keeps on rebooting!
Plz help me as important documents need to be obtained
