PC doesnt detect camera or card reader

When i plug in my concord 3340z camera or hp 6 in 1 card reader into the usb port my PC will not detect them. Software for both items have been installed and seems to be ok.I have tested my camera on other pc's and it is detected straight away. I have checked for drivers for camera but there are none available.

Have you tested the USB ports to see if they can detect other devices
since your camera is detected OK on other PCs?
