I already searched it here.
I don't understand the manual uninstall instructions.
The registry keys they tell me to delete, I am not finding

It seems your question has nothing to do with Windows 2000
but is answered in detail in the Trend FAQs.

Hello,

Who tells you to delete these registry keys? Please understand that
modifying the registry is not supported, and should be avoided. It can cause
serious problems with your PC. You should therefore be very careful when
doing this, and you should only follow advices from a trusted source!

If you cannot find the registry keys, there is no chance that they are
already deleted?

.What I find there are the manual uninstall instructions.
It involves deleteing certain registry keys which some are
not there.
At start up, I get a message that pc-cillin realtime scan
is not working. Neither can I open pc-cillin.
The folder and all the files are still there for it.
But it won't let me install the updated version as it
tells me I have to unintall the current version.
It seems it is not fully uninstalled.
In add/remove programs, I get fatal error during
installation when I try to remove it there.
Hence.........I am trying to manually uninstall it and
don't seem to know how.

I'm sorry, but i have not seen what instructions you are referring to. Is it
available on a website? Have you tried to contact Trend Micro about the
problem? It seems to related to their software, and they probably know more
about this issue.

I found the keys. The instuctions from Trend micro says to
back up the registry first. I don't know how.
But once I do, is it then safe to delete these keys to
manually uninstall pc-cillin 2000?
