PC-Cillin 2002 problems

Whenever I try to update the virus definitions, I get the error message:

A problem occurred while connecting to the internet. Please check your
internet connection and try again.

Does anyone know what the deal is?

You can d/l the virus def manually. Ha Ha Ha
