A Alan Edwards Apr 2, 2006 #2 Pbrush.exe in XP? Pbrush.exe went out with Win3.1 but was kept as a stub to MS Paint for backward compatibility in Win95/Win98/WinMe Try creating a new shortcut to Paint, assuming it exists as %SystemRoot%\System32\mspaint.exe ....Alan
