Pause, Hang, Delay when I use Outlook 2007

I cannot figure out why when I use outlook it seems to pause, hang or delay
upon using any command. Like when I type a new email, I am a slow typist, the
letters show up 5 secondsl after I type them. When I select a menu on the
tool bar it pauses or takes about 5 seconds to open the drop down box. This
only happens with outlook, all other office programs work fine. I have
deleted the recycle bin and temp files. Please help.

RJ -- I had this same problem. I read somewhere else to go to "Tools ->Trust
Center->Add ins-> Click Manage COM Add ins, GO... Uncheck Outlook Addin
It would not let me, because of some registry key, so I uninstalled
OutlookAddinSetup by using the Control Panel -> Uninstall program My
problem has been solved. I can't tell you how happy i am now.
