I have Windows XP and have recently encountered a mesage from the following site http://www.patchwindows.org/ stating that I require downloads to patchmy system. It seems like it is not a microsoft communication and is very hard to close so I am betting it is adware. Anyone seen this pesky fello?

It's a scam. They are trying to make you pay for an update that you can get
for free (and who knows if its even a valid update!)

All patches are available for free at Windows Update --
