Patch problem

Our workstations such as Winme, W2K Pro, etc has been
installed the KB823559 patch. After that, the workstation
IE6 can't access all web applications. Workstation which
haven't patched this patch can normal access those
application.

We had tried to uninstall the patch KB823559 on those
can't acces the web application workstations, the problem
was solved. Please advice us how to patch this security
issue without affect the normal operation with those web
applications.

P.S. (Those web applications are running on IIS5.0 with
ASP coding)
