page but cannot follow the instructions. How do you download the patch?

I must be thick! I have found my way to the update catalog but cannot find
the patch I need. Any further assistance would be appreciated.

Hi. After following your instructions I found it at long last. Thank you
very much.

I went to install the update and got the following message "The version of
Windows you have installed does not match the update you are trying to
install". It would not install. I'm using Windows XP Professional SP2

Because when I shut down it hangs at saving your settings and this patch
seemed to exactly discribe the symtems I had. Oh well I'll have to try
something else. Thanks for your help.
