Pastlink a Cell with formats

Hi All Friend,
Im new in Excel, and I am using OfficeXP.
how to pastelink a cell with values+formats, so whenever we change
value and formats then target cell must respond. I know pastelink with
values, but how we can pastelink with cell's format.
