Pasting Link of Excel Worksheet

When I paste a link of an Excel WOrksheet into Powerpoint
2002, the cells where I have conditional formatting (i.e.
font color red if less than zero) are displaying as black
instead of red.

Any recommendations in resolving this problem?

I discovered that the solution is to change the printer to
a color printer, even though you do not have one and it is
pasted correctly.
