pasting into locked cells-urgent

i need information to be pasted into a sheet but once this is done th
users are not able to make any change
 
Hi

I may be wrong, and if so don't shoot me

But if, once you've set up your formulas then protected your sheet normally
that cell should be safe

Unless I misunderstood your question
