I have Excel 2000, and when I copy a spreadsheet and paste the borders aren't
placed in the new spreadsheet. How can I paste the borders also?

Instead of copying and pasting the data in the sheet, try highlighting the
entire sheet by clicking the empty box just above Row 1 and just to the left
of Column A. Right click, 'Copy', in the new sheet right click in the same
place, 'Paste'.
This will give you an exact copy of the original sheet,

Alan.

Is it possible that the copied borders are the result of conditional
formatting and that the condition is not satisfied when pasted into
the other sheet?
