paste to host function in hyperterminal question

if i copy a command as below:
@IR1?:60

include the carriage return and new line.

what does exactly copy to hyperterminal if i use paste to host function?

i thought is sth like: @IR1?:60\r\n, is that right?

You may want to post your question to XP general newsgroup.

A typical terminal app has a setting whether to add carriage return characters to the string you are sending over to remote
client/server.

Yeah.
I did tick the Send line ends with line feeds and Echo typed characters
locally.
