Paste table into Word

Good day,

I'm trying to paste a table copied from a slide into Word but I get Asian
characters in parts of the table. I've tried every possible way: paste
link, etc. No-can-do.

Help please!

What font are you using on the PPT table?

What font do you have specified in the text placeholder on the slide master?
