Paste Special

I have just upgraded to Excel 2003 and have a problem I cannot resolve.
When selecting a line to copy and I use Paste Special Formulas, it
actually pastes everything from the previous line - not just the
formulas. Is there some setting to fix this?

Could be that the formulas are actually there, but only the results of their
calculations are being displayed.............click on one of the cells and
see whats in the Formula Bar...........

That's the way excel has always worked (as far as I remember).

If you want to clear the cells of the constants after you paste, you can select
that pasted range:

Edit|goto|Special
constants
and hit the delete key on the keyboard.
