Paste markup text from Word

I want to paste the markup text as it appears in Word into an email. I used
to be able to do this by turning off TRK in Word and copying the text then
pasting into Outlook. All the redlining and blacklining would paste exactly
as it appears in the Word doc.

If I copy into another Word doc it is perfect.

Using Office 2003. In Outlook using Word as editor and HTML format for emails.

I used this workaround. FROM THE DOCUMENT, click File, Send to, Mail Recipient. This puts the email headers at the top of the marked up document. I sent the document to myself and it came through like any other email and the text of the document was in the body of the email with the document markups showing. I then forwarded that email to the people I wanted to see the markup. You can of course skip the send-to-yourself step, but I liked seeing what the people I was sending the markup to were going to see first. Hope that's helpful. - MD
