past appointments

how do i see appointments that have occured in the past beyond 30 days? i
know they are there but i dont want to have to highlight the whole month.

Use the Date Navigator to move back one month at a time and then locate your
appointment.

i did this and i still have to click on the dates to see if there was an
appointment. They dont stay highlighted in the navigator beyond 1 month.
