How can I set up two separate passwords on our access
database? We need one to administer and one to view
only. I can only get one password set up. Thanks, Denise

You are probably trying to use Tools, Security, Database Password. Only one
password is possible.

There is another type of security you can implement on an Access database -
User level security. This is what you want. Download and study the
security FAQ available from
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=207793

You should study it carefully, and practice on a copy of your database.
