Is there any way to put a password on folders? If so how?
Also is there any way to password the Hard drive?

The only way to put a password on a file is to compress
it, and then you will be able to put a password on it

XP controls access to folders through permissions. If a group or user does
not have permission to a folder, access will be denied.

Passwords can be added to folders by using third party tools or zip
utilities. For example, the zip tools in XP include a password feature.
Also is there any way to password the Hard drive?

Have seen this available as a setting in BIOS. Not available on all
systems. Check the manual for the motherboard.
