Passwording a single folder

Is there any way to password a single, specific, folder in XP Home?? This
would be useful for me rather than having to password every file in the
folder.

There is a bunch of 3rd party software that will let you secure files and
folder. For example:

http://www.secureaction.com/cryptoexpert/lite/

Do a google search for something like "secure files on XP home" and you will
see a bunch. Find the one that suits your needs

Try the freeware "Truecrypt":
<http://www.truecrypt.org>

It will encrypt a virtual disk that will not mount without the
passphrase. When dismounted, it is an encrypted container file on your
computer.
