Hello All

We are using Outlook 2000, but not with Exchange Server: I think we have
something called VPOP instead.

Is it possible to set up a password that would need to be entered for
Outlook to open?

I have checked the help files but cannot find anything of use.

Hope someone can help.

Not exactly. You can't set Outlook up so that you need a password to start
it, but you can password-protect your PST. Right-click on the PST root in
the Folders List at the left and choose Properties, then click Advanced and
Change Password.
