Hello new to xp pro ...why do i have extra letters /numbers with my
password...have changed it every place i know of still shows up but lets me
connect to the net,,TIA...
 
this is a built in security feature of windows xp it displays these extra
characters at the end of the password so people cant guess your password who
are say watching you in the room
