password

Hi Guys

I am using 2 different versions of excel and have applied a password
protection to a work book to prevent anyone else opening it. When I try to
change or remove the password I cannot find were to do it although the help
files state go to Tools, options, general. When I do this there is no
mention of password on the 2000 version

please help
