Password unknown

Ever since I downloaded SP2 for my Windows XP Home
Edition I am unable to access the internet. There is an
unknown administrator password which I did not select,
though I am the system administrator. How can I fix
this? I am very frustrated to pay for cable internet
that I now cannot access. Please help!
