Password sync from Windows ME work stations

We have a 10 user network at a small bank and all the
users are running Win ME. We would like to know how to
sync the passwords from the ME systems to the Server
running Windows 2000 Pro. Now they change their password
on the work station and then have to log into the 2000 Pro
server to make a chnage there. Would like to change both
at the same time.

You are in a Workgroup environment to be able to sync passwords with the
server you have to have a Win2000 server product running AD.
