Password Restrict Access to IE7

We have a rather adventurous teen. We'd like to limit the number of
applications on her desktop and password restrict IE7. When I set up a new
desktop account it randomly included a number of applications, including IE7,
and it wouldn't let me delete any.

How to Limit access to website by Configuring Content Advisor Setting

Now come to Programs:
You need to log as Admin with your Account (I hope you set the Teen as
Limited user) and open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and locate
the Teen User Name (Account) and locate this entry:

C:\Documents and Settings\Limites User\Start Menu\programs= Look in the
right pane/window and se which Programs you want disallow access and Remove
them.

If the Teen been given Admin Account you can chnage the Account to Limited
by doing the following:

The best control program for children is to move the computer to the family
room.

I have a rather adventurous teen. I'd like to restrict the boys she
talks to on the street.........
