Password required to access FP2003 with IE7?

The NEW version of IE7(RC1) requires a username and password to access my
local websites. IE6 and the IE7 Beta 2 did not require this. I do not (that
I know of) HAVE a username and password set up (for the server?). So now the
only way I can access my local website is to uninstall IE7 and go back to
IE6. Can I fix this somehow?
