Password protecting folders

In NT type operating systems, there is no password protection to a folder via the
operating system. You need to use ntfs permissions to allow only authorized users to
gain specific levels of access such as read, write, execute, modify, or full. Any
user that is also an administrator however can gain access to a folder that he does
not have permissions to. --- Steve
