Sorry, I didn't explain myself well enough. I'm looking for a screensaver
that will envoke some kind of password protection (Windows or otherwise)
when it's started manually. The Windows logon authentication is not invoked
when a screensaver is started manually.

It's not a screensaver, it's dedicated security program called SecureIt Pro.
