Password protect

In excel 2000, is there a security option to provide a "password to open"
choice?
 
It's under the File|SaveAs dialog.

File|SaveAs|Tools|General Options|Password to Modify
(I think this is xl2002+ wording.)

In xl2k and earlier, it's under:
File|SaveAs|Options|Password to Modify
 
Hi Crapit!

Always useful that you quote the Excel version as there are
differences:

File > Save As > Tools > General Options
Select from alternatives available
Impose or Change password
OK
Re-confirm password or passwords
OK
Save
