Password Protect you Outlook Inbox

I am going on vacation and would like to password protect my email. Is this possible? I have nosey co-workers and don't want them in my email while I am away for 2 weeks. Please Help if possible!!!

Exchange mailbox? Then it already has been secured by security permissions.
If they know your password for your computer; change it.

Right-click on the folder name of your PST (in the Folder List), click
Properties, then Advanced. You'll find a "Change Password" button there.
