can I password protect individual email folders?

I have a nosey co-worker that snoops in my email folders. Can i add a

You can't password-protect individuial folders.

How can a coworker snoop in your mail folders if you've not givene them
permission to do so? WHat version of Outlook? Where is the message store
(Exchange or PST)? is this coworker using your PC or another PC? Do you
both use the same Windows username or separate usernames? Share enough
information about your circumstances that someone might have a chance on
advising you.
