password protect Outlook

Is it possible to Password protect Outlook on a shared computer? The user
needs to allow others to use his computer but doesn't want them to access
his email, or any of Outlook.

If mail is delivered to personal folder files, the best one can do is
password protect the PST files. (don't save the password and of course,
never forget the password since there isn't a tool from MS to reset said
passwords on PST files if they are forgotten.)

If mail is kept in an Exchange server, one can configure Outlook to prompt
for a userid/password. This way Outlook doesn't pass the current logon
credentials of the operating system to access said mailbox.
