Hi, my pc is on a network at work and I have set up a seperate My Documents folder on the "h: drive" rather than the normal C drive - as we have to allow access to our pc's when we are out of the office by leaving our logon & password I want to be able to password protect this My Documents folder - is this possible at all - it's no good restricting the user permissions as they log on as me

This is poor use of the network. Users of your terminal should log on as
themselves. There is no need for them to know your password.
