password protect a workbook

Hi,
Is there any way to protect a workbook so it cannot be
OPENED by another user?

Hi Joyce

yes, do file / SAVE AS
click on the TOOLS item on the Save in Window
Choose GENERAL OPTIONS and you can set a password for opening the workbook.
