password problems

when I installed out look with out look offive etc I never set up a password.
Now when using outlook I can't send or receive email because I keep being
requested for a password. Any help there please

At exactly which point are you asked? If it asks when you start Outlook, it
could be a PST password. If it asks when you click Send or perform a
send/receive, then it's probably your ISP password.
