I have created multiple pp shows (Office 2003, windows XP) which are password
protected to modify but there is no password to open. The pps files are
linked to each other, when I run the show a pop up box opens and ask me
"Enter password to modify, or open as read only". This is very annoying for
viewers as they have no idea why the presentation is asking them such
question as they are just viewers. I can get around this when I use PP
viewer, but I loose the functionality of add-ins and macros in pp viewer mode.
Any idea how to get around this?
Thanks,
