Password Problem --> Password change message after pw change

Hi

I have a problem with Windows 2000 Domain.
When the user (windows 2000) gets the message from domain to change password
and he does change it, he gets the same password change message the next day
again .....
Not all users complain about this problem ....

Any ideas ?

I think replication is ok. ^No erroe logs in event viewer.

but was i have is a full security log with many "Failure Audit, Event id
675" Messages ....no idea ...
