Password on IE

Does anyone know if there's a way to set up Internet
Explorer so that you'll need to enter a user name and
password in order to get online and access web pages?
 
No, there is no way to do what you want with Internet Explorer along. If
you have Windows 2000 or XP, you set up user accounts and network policy.

You can use Content Advisor in IE to limit content access. Go to Tools >
Options > Contents.
