password log on

Can anyone help me figure out how to have my computer
require a username and passwrod to sign on? I go to user
accounts, change the way users log on or off, then I
select the Welcome Screen because that is what I wouls
like, but when I restart the computer it signs me on
automatically. This will be a shared computer so I would
like to change this. Thanks so much for any help, it
would be most WONDERFUL!
