Password lockout and XP upgrd dilemna

I've upgraded from xp home to xp professonal. I now know I
should've had a professional install this program.
1) Is there anyway to uninstall the xp professional?

I have multiple users and was prompted for passwords(not
new passwords just passwords) so I put the original
passwords used with the home version. And now all
password accounts are not working with the original
passwords (including two administrative users.) I've tried
going under the lower accounts to delete all users
(without success of course.) Due to access issues in the
lower accounts how can I:
1) override the passwords or
2) get rid of all user accounts (in a lower account)

Or is there a website I can go to for further assistance,
