password issue in AD

When i reboot a server the services fail to start due to a
pasword error. but if i go into services and re-type the
same password the service will start.
this only happens to machines in the AD domain.

try to :
1. change the user thats run the service.
2. change the user's password and set the password in the
service.
3. set the recovery action for the service to start after
he is failed.
